We're scaling our affiliate and partner channel and are looking for a driven Affiliate Manager to lead that growth.
This is a commercial role at the centre of our marketing engine — you'll own the affiliate pipeline from prospecting through to activation and performance management.
What You'Ll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners — traders, educators, influencers, and comparison sites — across Twitter/X, YouTube, and Discord
- Manage and grow an active book of affiliate relationships, ensuring consistent output and campaign alignment
- Track and report on affiliate revenue, conversions, and ROI; optimise commission structures to maximise volume and quality
- Coordinate promotional campaigns in collaboration with our marketing and content teams
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage affiliate agreements end-to-end
- Monitor competitor affiliate programmes and surface opportunities to improve our offer
- Maintain an affiliate CRM and pipeline tracker with accurate, up-to-date data
- What we're looking for
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer management — ideally within fintech, trading, or a related online product
- Proven track record of building and managing affiliate pipelines that drive real revenue
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy and clear targets
- Strong communicator — you can build relationships quickly and keep them warm over time
- Data-driven: you understand conversion funnels, CPA/RevShare models, and know how to read affiliate performance data
- Familiarity with the funded trading or prop firm space is a strong advantage
- Experience with outreach tools, affiliate platforms, or CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate)
