About This Role
Overview
CKC Technologies is hiring a YouTube Manager to own and grow our channel from the ground up.
This is a strategic and operational role — you'll be responsible for the full content pipeline, channel performance and long-term growth, working closely with the content and editing teams to turn ideas into a high-performing channel.
What you'll do
Own the channel strategy — content calendar, upload schedule, topic research and video ideation
Optimise every upload — titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, cards and end screens for maximum reach
Brief the editing team on cuts, hooks and pacing based on what the data shows is working
Monitor analytics weekly — CTR, AVD, impressions, subscriber growth — and report findings with clear actions
Research competitor channels and trending topics to inform content direction
Manage community engagement — comments, pinned posts and community tab updates
Coordinate Shorts distribution from long-form content alongside the editing team
What we're looking for
Track record managing or growing a YouTube channel — please share examples
Deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm — what drives impressions, CTR and retention
Comfortable working with data — YouTube Studio analytics and ideally TubeBuddy or VidIQ
Strong creative instincts — able to spot a good hook, a bad title and a winning thumbnail concept
Highly organised — able to manage multiple videos in production at once and keep to schedule
Finance or trading niche experience is a strong plus — but not essential
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
