About This Role
Overview
CKC Technologies is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Podcast Editor to join our growing content team.
You'll own the end-to-end editing workflow — from raw recordings to polished episodes — across both long-form and short-form formats, while also producing eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks.
What you'll do
Edit full-length podcast episodes — clean audio, pacing, music, intros/outros
Cut short-form clips optimised for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok
Design thumbnails that are bold, on-brand and built for high CTR
Add captions, lower thirds, b-roll and graphics where relevant
Manage file organisation and maintain consistent turnaround times
Collaborate closely with the content lead to evolve the visual and audio style
What we're looking for
Proven experience editing podcasts or video content — a portfolio or showreel is required
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar — plus Photoshop or Canva for thumbnails
Strong eye for pacing, story flow and what makes a clip shareable
Self-managed, reliable and able to hit deadlines without hand-holding
Understanding of what performs on YouTube, Reels and TikTok
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
