EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or another related field. (Or equivalent work experience) Minimum 8 years of experience of solution architecture experience with Information Systems Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with all aspects of SAP ERP project implementation and production support. Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and implementation of software systems, preferably in Service, Manufacturing and Shared Services Industry. Record of accomplishments in integrating and servicing large business. Ability to be a visionary to proactively assist in defining future projects. Ability to conceive strategies, solutions, build consensus, and sell/execute solutions. Capability to work both independently and as a team member. Strong communication skills in interfacing with TK Elevator partners and the GPI community are required. Typically has 15 or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations with exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. spanning multiple departments with direct international experience a plus. Experience with Configit toolset (Sales & Product Configurator) is preferred Experience with implementation and integration of cloud-based technologies Experience with integrating with ERP (ex. SAP) and PLM (ex. Windchill) solutions Experience with database and middleware products Experience with API Management tools a plus Aptitude to educate and guide others on architectural standards, principles, methodology and trends. In-depth experience aligning business requirements with IT solutions. Experience managing delivery with outsourced service providers, including but not limited to estimating, monitoring work, problem-solving and error correction, and keeping projects on track. Ability to interact with all levels of management to assess business requirements, and to plan, manage and deliver stable, reliable and cost-effective technology solutions. Proven track record in implementing systems and managing internal controls to ensure compliance with Group standards. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements and develop alternate solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
