Role Description

The Admissions Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, providing program information, and advising on suitable courses and certifications.

The Admissions Officer reviews applications, verifies documentation, and supports both local and international admissions in alignment with institutional policies.

Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in the admissions system, coordinating with academic and training teams, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for admitted learners.

The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, participating in outreach activities, and supporting initiatives to increase enrollment and strengthen EduHub Institute’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with prospective learners and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess International Admissions and Education-related experience to manage diverse applicant profiles and training pathways.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, learner-focused support throughout the admissions cycle.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, applications, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student services within an educational or training institution is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM or admissions management systems and MS Office tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and familiarity with UAE education and training landscape are desirable.
