Admission Counsellor – Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective professionals, explain our courses, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Counsel students on suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Assist with registration, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Professional, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.

- Monthly enrollment target
- Revenue generated
- Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate
- Follow-up completion rate
- Student satisfaction
- CRM data accuracy
- Response time to new inquiries
Compensation
- Fixed Salary
