Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process.
- Provide initial counseling and match students with suitable programs and institutions.
- Assist with applications and review documents.
- Respond to inquiries and conduct consultations in person, by phone, and online.
- Explain admission requirements, timelines, and visa-related steps.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with university partners.
- Participate in recruitment events and meet conversion and enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a smooth prospective-student experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills are required.
- Solid customer service skills are required to manage inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Sales skills are required to convert leads, meet recruitment targets, and promote suitable programs.
- Understanding of education systems and international study pathways is required.
- Relevant admissions, student recruitment, counseling, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- English proficiency is required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines are required.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
