Responsibilities
- Provide initial counseling and help students select suitable programs.
- Assist with applications and review documents.
- Respond to inquiries and conduct consultations in person, by phone, and online.
- Explain admission requirements, timelines, and visa-related steps.
- Maintain records, coordinate with university partners, and participate in recruitment events.
- Meet conversion and enrollment targets and collaborate to support a positive student experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Sales skills to convert leads and meet recruitment targets.
- Understanding of education systems and international study pathways.
- Relevant admissions, student recruitment, counseling, or customer-facing experience; higher education or international education experience preferred.
- English proficiency required; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
