About the Role:

Dubai Business School is seeking two dedicated and dynamic Admission Counsellors to join our admin team. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact the strategic mission of the school by attracting talented students who align with our vision of academic excellence and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families, offering detailed guidance on program options, admission requirements, and the application process.
• Support applicants throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Engage in strategic outreach activities, representing the Business School at education fairs, school visits, and community events.
• Conduct in-depth counseling sessions to align prospective students’ aspirations with the school’s programs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment between admissions strategies and the strategic goals of the Business School.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate applicant data in the CRM system, providing insights for continuous improvement in admissions strategies.
• Contribute to achieving enrollment targets while ensuring alignment with the diversity and quality standards of the Business School.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, or equivalent).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide tailored advice while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• A passion for education and a commitment to contributing to the strategic mission of the Business School.
