Position Overview
We are looking for an organized and reliable Shop Administrator to help manage daily operations and support our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer orders and maintain order records
- Coordinate with florists and delivery staff to ensure orders are completed on time
- Handle invoicing, receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain inventory records for flowers, supplies, and packaging materials
- Assist with social media messages and basic online order management
- Provide general administrative support to the shop owner and team
Requirements
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of POS system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during holidays and peak seasons
- Interest in flowers, retail, or creative businesses is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
