Job description
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin professional with a background in Real Estate and Property Management to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and experience handling property listings, tenancy documentation, and tenant coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to real estate and property management operations
- Post and update property listings on platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals
- Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, and related property documents
- Coordinate and follow up with tenants regarding renewals, payments, maintenance, and other concerns
- Maintain proper records of contracts, cheques, tenant files, and property documents
- Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, and clients
- Provide daily reports and updates to management regarding ongoing tasks, tenant concerns, and operational status
- Assist in scheduling meetings, handling calls, emails, and inquiries
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Proven experience in Real Estate or Property Management administration
- Knowledge and hands-on experience using Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other property portals
- Experience in preparing tenancy contracts and handling tenant follow-ups
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to deal professionally with clients, tenants, and landlords
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Familiarity with Ejari processing and tenancy renewal procedures is preferred
