- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist management with administrative tasks and decision-making support
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
