We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrator
- for Community Services Administration to support daily administrative operations and ensure efficient delivery of community services.
- The role requires strong coordination skills, customer focus, and experience in community or facilities-related administration.
- The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day community services administration, including service requests, documentation, and coordination.
- Act as a point of contact for residents/occupants, handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to community services.
- Monitor service levels and follow up on pending requests to ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance-related documentation as required.
- Assist in implementing community policies, procedures, and service standards.
