Abdulaziz Al Sorour Law Firm & Legal Consultants is seeking to hire an Administrative Officer to join the Execution Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing and following up execution case files.
- Preparing and organizing execution-related documents.
- Coordinating with lawyers, courts, and relevant authorities.
- Handling administrative correspondence and record keeping.
- Updating case status and maintaining accurate filing systems.
- Communicating with clients professionally, both in writing and over the phone, in Arabic & English .
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in execution or legal offices is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelorβs degree in any relevant field (legal degree is not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
