About This Role

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Manager based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days.

The Administrative Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations, manage schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure that organizational policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

The role entails supervising support staff, preparing reports, organizing administrative tasks, and assisting with resource and budget management.

Additionally, the Administrative Manager will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment, ensuring workflows are optimized and deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing office operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in software tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and office management systems
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges and ensure smooth operations
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with local regulations and requirements in the UAE is a plus
