Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Manager.
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating schedules, managing communication, and ensuring compliance with organizational processes.
Additional tasks may include liaising with clients, preparing reports, organizing virtual events, supporting project management, and enhancing the overall efficiency of operations.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage schedules and logistics.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, as well as experience coordinating virtual teams and events.
- Clear and professional communication skills, including drafting emails, reports, and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant digital collaboration tools.
- Background in sports administration, legal compliance, or similar fields is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and meet deadlines in a dynamic and globally-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field preferred.
