About This Role

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Manager located in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Administrative Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate schedules, and manage records and documents.

The role includes maintaining office systems, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of organizational activities.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and records management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and compliance adherence
  • Familiarity with hybrid work management and digital collaboration tools
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability to dynamic work environments
  • Proven leadership abilities to supervise and guide team members effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant work experience in administrative or managerial roles
  • Knowledge of the industry or sector is a plus
