This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Manager.
The position involves overseeing daily administrative operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and correspondence, and supporting team members to ensure efficient workflows.
The Administrative Manager will also handle documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies, and maintain organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Experience in administrative management and coordination
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with documentation, reporting, and compliance processes
- Technical skills including proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in remote team management is a plus
