Job Summary

Responsible for managing corporate travel and ensuring travel support for the company's global workforce.

Core responsibilities encompass travel policy development and enforcement, booking and coordination of flights/hotels/visas/insurance, cross-border travel compliance management, as well as travel vendor liaison and cost control.

Travel Policy Enforcement

  • Communicate travel policies to employees, address daily travel inquiries, and monitor policy compliance.
  • Regularly collect employee feedback and dynamically adjust travel policies based on market changes and the company's development stage.

Global Travel Booking & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end booking services for flights, train tickets, hotels, etc., prioritizing the balance between cost-effectiveness and employee comfort.
  • Liaise with the third-party travel management company (Trip.com Business Travel), maintain the backend system, and optimize booking processes.
  • Handle itinerary changes, cancellations/rebookings, flight delays, and other unexpected situations, providing 7×24 emergency support for traveling employees (including cross-time-zone response).

Cross-Border Travel Compliance & Logistical Support

  • Assist employees with visa applications, entry permits, insurance purchases, and other pre-travel procedures for countries worldwide; monitor evolving entry policies across jurisdictions (e.g., pandemic-related restrictions, e-visa updates, etc.).
  • Handle special group travel requirements in cross-border business trips (e.g., registration for cryptocurrency asset conferences, coordination of group travel to blockchain summits, etc.).

Travel Cost Control & Data Analysis

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly travel expense reports, conduct expense reconciliation, anomaly alerts, and month-over-month analysis, and provide cost optimization recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department on travel reimbursement reviews; regularly conduct market price inquiries and vendor comparisons; optimize travel costs through corporate hotel agreements, airline partnerships, advance purchasing, and other strategies.

Travel Vendor Management

  • Establish and maintain a travel-related vendor resource database (visa processing agencies, insurance companies, etc.).
  • Periodically evaluate vendor service quality (SLA achievement rates, response times, complaint rates, etc.), and lead annual commercial negotiations and contract renewals.

Requirements

1.

Experience in a travel agency or in travel booking roles at other exchanges

2.

Proficient in both Chinese and English

3.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

4.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

6.

Knowledge of administrative procedures.
