Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Role Summary: The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and client coordination activities. This position is mainly responsible for following up with clients after proposals are submitted, maintaining accurate records, and supporting reporting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients regarding submitted proposals and update status accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and tracking reports
  • Prepare basic internal reports related to proposal status and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requests
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of files and records

Requirements Saudi nationality (required)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

1-2 years of experience (mandatory) in administration, coordination, or client support

Fluent in Arabic and English (IELTS or STEP is preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Attention to detail and professional attitude
