Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate should possess a technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to assist with social media content coordination.
This role is suitable for a fresh graduate who is eager to develop professionally in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and office documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos for use in marketing campaigns, social media, events, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with printing houses and external vendors, in collaboration with the Marketing team, to ensure the successful production and delivery of marketing materials, and event.
- Support basic technical and IT-related administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
- Technical background with good understanding of digital tools and technology.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
