Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrative to oversee daily administrative and operational activities within a healthcare and medical services environment.

The role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on operational management, and experience supporting medical services such as home care, on-call response, and event medical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily administrative and operational functions
  • Plan and supervise healthcare operations including home care, on-call services, and event medical coverage
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support Medical and Nursing leadership in implementing operational policies and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations (DHA / DOH / MOH) and internal procedures
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners for operational execution and service satisfaction
  • Oversee fleet, equipment, and asset management including ambulances and medical supplies
  • Prepare operational reports, invoices, performance summaries, and project updates
  • Assist with budgeting, procurement planning, and inventory management
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and efficient operational practices across departments

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • **2–4years of experience** administration, preferably in healthcare or medical services
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DHA / DOH / MOH) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, and operational or scheduling systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to urgent operational needs
