Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Executive to support daily office operations.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Support day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- **6 months–1 years of UAE experience in administrative or similar roles**
- Exposure to
- real estate or property management industry
- **Basic understanding of property documentation, Ejari, and contract renewal processes**
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
