Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our childcare center.
This role involves managing administrative tasks, communicating with parents and staff, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet parents, visitors, and children
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain children’s records, attendance logs, and enrollment documentation
- Assist with registration, admissions, and waitlists
- Support billing, invoicing, and fee collection processes
- Ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
- Order and manage office and classroom supplies
- Assist in organizing events, parent meetings, and activities
- Maintain confidentiality of children’s and families’ information
