Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- :
- Working directly with Executive team to support with their daily work routine
- Supporting with calendar management
- Administrative assistance; documentation, files, emails etc.
- Provide support on travel bookings and arrangements
- Coordinate with other members of the team
- Support with ad-hoc request from the CEOs
- Coordinate & help with the organization of ongoing projects
- Drafting agendas ahead of meetings
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Researching & sourcing beauty products
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- A keen eye for attention to detail
- Experienced with administrative assistance
- An energetic team-player
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
