About This Role

About the role:

We are looking for a Commercial Specialist – Admin Support who provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the Chief Commercial Officer and acts as a central point of administrative support for the wider Commercial Office. The role also supports the Marketing team with procurement-related activities, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and timely processing across internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PA Support to the Chief Commercial Officer

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to the CCO, including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, circulating materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Proactively manage priorities and administrative tasks to support effective time management and decision-making.

2. Commercial Office Administrative Support

  • Act as the central administrative point of contact for the Commercial Office.
  • Coordinate administrative activities across all commercial sub-functions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Support internal communications and coordination with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, Contracts, Strategy, CSR, and PBE.

3. Marketing & Procurement Support

  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for the Marketing team and manage end-to-end approval workflows.
  • Liaise with Finance and Procurement to ensure timely processing, policy compliance, and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of PRs, approvals, and related commercial documentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2–6 years of experience in a similar role
