About This Role

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and office databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and basic data entry
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Welcome visitors and provide general office support

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and appearance

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with office management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM software
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role
