Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi.

The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the office.

Responsibilities

include answering and directing calls, managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

The Administrative Assistant works closely with various departments to facilitate smooth workplace operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
  • Competency in Clerical Skills, including document management and data entry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle office responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency in basic office software tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site professional environment
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
