Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Administration & Government Relations Manager to oversee all government-related processes, company licensing, and employee visa operations across our retail business in the UAE.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations while maintaining strong relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Government Relations & Compliance

  • Manage all interactions with UAE government entities including labour, immigration, and licensing authorities
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations, and company policies
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary actions

Employee Visa Management

  • Oversee end-to-end visa processes (employment visas, renewals, cancellations, transfers)
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee documentation

Company Licensing & Documentation

  • Manage company trade licenses, permits, and renewals
  • Ensure all corporate documentation is valid and up to date
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals and submissions

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with malls, government entities, and external partners
  • Support store operations with administrative and compliance requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for all government-related matters

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Government Relations / PRO / Administration within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration processes, and licensing requirements
  • Hands-on experience managing employee visa processes
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Previous team management experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Experience in retail or multi-entity organizations is an advantage
