FIABCI Emirates is the UAE chapter of FIABCI — the International Real Estate Federation, present in over 80 countries and serving the global real estate industry since 1951. We represent real estate professionals across the UAE and connect our members to an international network of industry leaders, events, and resources.
The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented coordinator to run the day-to-day administration and marketing communications of the FIABCI Emirates chapter. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of the organisation — keeping operations running smoothly, members engaged, and the chapter visible and active.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
– Manage member records, renewals, and onboarding communications
– Issue membership invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
– Coordinate with the FIABCI international corporate office on chapter requirements and reporting
– Organise and minute board meetings — scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions
– Handle general correspondence and email communication with members and stakeholders
– Maintain organised digital filing and documentation
Membership & Financial Administration
– Manage the full membership renewal cycle — tracking, reminders, and confirmation
– Issue membership invoices accurately and on time
– Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure the timely collection of membership fees
– Maintain an up-to-date record of all financial transactions related to memberships
– Coordinate with the FIABCI Emirates executive team on all financial matters, reporting, and fund management
– Liaise with the FIABCI international corporate office on financial obligations and chapter reporting requirements
– Flag any discrepancies or overdue accounts to the relevant executive promptly
Marketing & Communications
– Manage and schedule posts across FIABCI Emirates social media channels
– Coordinate event promotion and member communications
– Support the planning and logistics of chapter events and webinars
– Draft emails, newsletters, and announcements for member distribution
– Coordinate with external suppliers or designers when needed for content production
What We Are Looking For
– 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office management role
– Strong written communication skills in English — Arabic is a plus
– Comfortable with social media platforms — Instagram and LinkedIn primarily
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management tools
– Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
– A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently
– Interest in or exposure to the real estate industry is an advantage
