Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an Administration Assistant.
The role involves managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, maintaining records and documentation, and providing executive-level administrative support.
Additional responsibilities may include clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations and contributing to the organization’s operational success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience with Clerical Skills and office management
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications or a diploma in Office Administration or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the life safety solutions or manufacturing industry is advantageous
