Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrator with 2–3 years of experience to support daily office operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, coordinate internal activities, and provide essential support to teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
