About This Role

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (2 days off: Friday & Saturday)

Working Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & HR Support

  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, coordination, follow-ups)
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR reporting
  • Prepare letters, memos, and internal communications

Hygiene & Compliance Support

  • Maintain hygiene and food safety records in line with company and local regulations
  • Coordinate staff medicals, certifications, and hygiene training schedules
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and properly filed

PRO Coordination

  • Liaise with PRO for visa processing, renewals, labor cards, and other government-related documentation
  • Track expiry dates (visas, QIDs, health cards, etc.) and ensure timely renewals
  • Prepare and organize required documents for submission to authorities

General Administration

  • Handle office documentation, filing, and coordination across departments
  • Support management with reports, scheduling, and operational admin tasks
  • Ensure smooth communication between HR, operations, and external parties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience (F&B experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with local labor and hygiene compliance requirements preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • QATAR ID (Required)
  • HAMAD HEALTH CARD (Required)
