Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Admin & Operations Coordinator for our joinery team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative and operational activities, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
The role also involves leading customer service inquiries and assisting in optimizing operational workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Administrative Assistance skills, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and streamlining workflows
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Sharp Analytical Skills to ensure accuracy, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using office management tools and software
- Previous experience in the joinery or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
