About This Role
Role Highlights:
- Oversee daily administrative operations for construction projects
- Manage site attendance, timesheets, and workforce records
- Handle construction documentation, permits, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Maintain reports, site records, and document control systems
- Ensure effective communication between site and head office
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and site coordination
- Experience in attendance tracking and workforce management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
