About Us
At Aspire Kids Education, we are committed to providing quality education and a supportive environment for children and families.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Handle admissions, inquiries, and parent communication
- Supervise office staff and coordinate schedules
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support management in planning and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of administrative or managerial experience (education sector preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
- Preference for candidates on spouse visa and those residing nearby
