About This Role

Overview

To provide administrative and operational support to the HR department by maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and performing general HR duties to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Employee Documentation & Visa Support: Manage PRO tasks, including new visa processing, renewals, and cancellation of labor cards/visas.

• Employee File Management

  • Maintain and update employee files and records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and UAE labor law.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Screen and filter CVs/applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview timings.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation.

• Data Management & Archiving

  • Organize HR data and maintain HR databases.
  • Archive employee records according to company policy and data retention guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics as required.

• HR Administrative Support

  • Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation..
  • Maintain HR calendars and track HR deadlines (e.g., performance reviews, probation end dates, visa renewals).

• Employee Relations Support

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR team in implementing employee engagement activities and training programs.

• Compliance & General HR Duties

  • Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Assist HR Manager in special projects and any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

& Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
