About the Role

Founder’s Office Support

  • Work closely with the Founder on daily priorities
  • Maintain structure in daily schedule and execution
  • Ensure important tasks are not delayed or missed

Execution & Follow-ups

  • Track key tasks across teams (warehouse, e-commerce, admin)
  • Follow up consistently until completion
  • Maintain daily and weekly execution reports

Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
  • Assist in basic reporting, documentation, and task management
  • Identify gaps and ensure they are addressed proactively

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (English)

  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
  • 0–3 years experience (fresh but strong candidates welcome)
  • Bachelor's degree
