Admin and Operations Manager
About This Role
Manage daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient office functioning
Support day-to-day operations and ensure the office runs smoothly at optimal/minimum cost
Handle local purchasing and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
Maintain office vehicle log books, including tracking fuel expenses and GPS records
Assist in obtaining, renewing, and managing required licenses and permits
Ensure all legal and regulatory compliances are met and up to date
Support certifications and audits (e.g., HACCP, corporate audits) through proper documentation and coordination
Manage petty cash, track expenses, and ensure purchase alignment and approvals
Coordinate between local buying, warehouse, and import teams for smooth operations
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using Excel and digital tools
Provide administrative and coordination support to management and internal teams
