Role overview

Teaching responsibilities

• Teach evening classes for MSc students, including research methods courses.
• Teach daytime undergraduate classes when opportunities are available.
• Clinical-experience faculty may teach courses in the MSc Counseling Psychology program.

Qualifications

• A PhD in Psychology is required.
• A strong background in research methods and/or clinical or counseling psychology is required.
• Evidence of teaching excellence is required.
• Relevant teaching experience is preferred, particularly at postgraduate level.
• A student-centered and innovative approach to teaching is sought.
• Applicants must reside in the UAE and have a valid UAE residence visa; sponsor or employer no-objection documentation may be required.
