HR Systems Specialist

The opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems and applications, analyze business requirements, and recommend enhancements to HR operations and employee experience.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing and enhancement; ensure accurate integration and exchange of HR data.
• Monitor data quality and protect employee information accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
• Create HR reports, dashboards and analytics for management decisions and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, information security and data-governance standards; support and train users.
• Coordinate with technology teams and vendors, troubleshoot issues, identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR Systems, HR Operations, HR Technology or a related field.
