HR Systems Specialist

Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems and applications and recommend enhancements based on business requirements.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, and enhancement of HR systems and digital solutions.
• Ensure accurate integration and exchange of HR data between systems; maintain data quality, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decisions and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, information security requirements, and data governance standards.
• Provide system user support, troubleshooting, and training; coordinate with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in HR Systems, HR Operations, HR Technology, or a related field.
