At the center of this vision is the WTW Reserving, Capital Modeling, Data Automation and AI Technology Suite, enabling smarter decisions, greater agility and lasting business impact.
The Role
As a Property & Casualty Actuarial Analyst, you’ll join collaborative project teams delivering reserve studies, capital management initiatives and pricing analyses for our insurance company and self-insured clients. You’ll apply actuarial expertise, advanced analytics and leading technology to help clients make confident, data-driven decisions.

Contribute to reserving engagements focused on financial strength and reserve adequacy. Estimate future claim payments for past policies using loss development and claims data; apply machine-led reserving approaches and AI-enhanced actuarial methodologies; support financial and regulatory reporting; and build advanced capabilities in ResQ AI.
