Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Accounts Receivables Specialist
to join our finance team.
This role manages the full Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and proper account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, collections, customer service) to resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on receivables status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with ACCA or CA (part qualified) preferred
Experience
- 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Exposure to GL and month-end reporting
- Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced Excel user
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
