Overview
Nova Pharma Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive female professional to join our Finance & Sales Operations team.
This dual-function role bridges accounts receivable management with commercial sales support — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Accounts Receivable
- Manage and reconcile AR ledgers and customer accounts
- Issue invoices, credit notes, and statements accurately
- Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts
- Coordinate with finance for monthly closing activities
- Maintain aging reports and escalate overdue cases
- Process receipts and allocate payments correctly
Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team with order processing & tracking
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and documentation
- Coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfilment
- Manage CRM data entry and customer records
- Liaise with clients on order status and queries
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in AR or sales coordination, preferably in pharma or healthcare
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong command of MS Excel and Office tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- UAE residence preferred; valid residence visa or transferable status
