Accounts Payable Specialist

The Opportunity

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid role based in the Bangalore office.
• General weekday working hours are 2 PM–11 PM IST.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reconcile and maintain publisher payout AP general ledger and sub-ledger balances monthly.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure timely, accurate publisher payouts.
• Respond to AP-related inquiries from publishers and internal departments.
• Support month-end close and audit requests related to publisher payouts.
• Assist with testing of process automation and system enhancements.
• Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in payment processing, query management, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyze large data volumes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Professional English is required for regular written and verbal communication with global colleagues and partners.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in software or advertising industries is preferred.
• Experience with payment service providers such as PayPal and Tipalti is preferred.
• Experience with Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tipalti is preferred.
• Order-to-Cash business process management experience is preferred.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to learn are preferred.

Compensation

• Anticipated base salary range is ₹786,000–₹1,179,000 INR gross.
• The role may be eligible for equity awards and incentive plans, including annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions.
