Role Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and billing activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
The role requires strong financial reporting skills and a preference for candidates who are ACCA/CMA/CFA qualified or part-qualified, with the ability to support revenue tracking and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, verify financial data, and maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Ensure timely vendor payments while avoiding duplicate or incorrect transactions
- Monitor and maintain records of outstanding payables
- Prepare billing reports for contractual and bulk clients based on agreements
- Track and record revenue, including income from cooling system sales
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor external billing agencies to ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Support ad hoc reporting and finance-related tasks as required
Requirements
- **ACCA/CMA/CFA (qualified or part-qualified) preferred**
- 2–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance role
- Strong understanding of invoicing, billing, and financial reporting
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel / accounting systems
