JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, review, and process invoices for payment
- Support administration of the corporate credit card programs
- Collaborate with internal Accounts Payable teams to maintain accurate supplier records
- Assist associates with corporate credit card expenses and reporting
- Coordinate supplier communications related to purchase order processing
- Reconcile general ledger accounts by researching and resolving discrepancies
- Support the annual preparation of supplier Forms 1099
- Identify and communicate solutions that improve processes
- Document projects, report progress, and follow through to completion
- Hourly pay range this for this position is - $23-$25
- EDUCATION:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree; accounting-related field preferred
EXPERIENCE
- One or more years of accounting experience preferred
- COMPETENCIES:
- Working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
- Proficiency with computers and workplace technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused approach when working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
