Overview
**Job Overview:** EcoLend Direct Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist** to join our finance team.
In this role, you will manage the financial transactions that ensure our operations run smoothly, handling both payables and receivables efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payment of invoices and vendor management.
- Oversee accounts receivable duties, including invoice generation, monitoring, and collection of outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare necessary reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AAT, CPA) are a plus.
- **3+** **years** of experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 70 - 130**, based on experience.
