Overview
**Job Overview:** Sibalca Packaging Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist** to join our finance team.
In this critical role, you will manage the financial flows of the organization by ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
- Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial efficiency and cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AAT) are a plus.
- **2+** **years** of experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 60 - 120**, based on experience.
